Catering Undertakings
Catering Undertaking Participant Categories — select one of the following sub-categories as per your Malta Tourism Authority license.
The registration process is in two parts
Once selecting what establishment category shall be registered here below:
- 1The user shall first register their Catering Undertaking (Business) details, and then
- 2Register all Catering Establishments (of that sub-category) operated by the same Catering Undertaking (Business).

Before you register
- A person who operates in the supply chain in more than one function, shall duly register for each function as producer and importer, and or distributor and, or retailer and, or catering undertaking as the case may be;
- A retailer who operates more than one retail establishment shall register each retail establishment; and
- A catering undertaking who operates more than one catering establishment shall register each catering establishment.
