Producer Membership
For businesses that fill or manufacture beverages in Malta.
Producers sit at the start of the deposit cycle. As a registered Producer you declare the beverage containers you place on the market, collect the €0.10 deposit at first sale, and pay it into the BCRS deposit account so it can flow all the way back to the consumer.
Any economic operator that produces, bottles or fills single-use beverage containers placed on the Maltese market.

How registration works +
Add this membership to your selection, then complete registration on the secure BCRS member portal. Any applicable fee is settled there — no payment is taken on this preview. Your obligations under the Beverage Container Refund Scheme begin once your registration is approved.
